Return & Refund Policy

At SipShaka, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our consumable products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Refunds & Replacements

If your item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong product, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund. Simply email us at aloha@sipshaka.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
